Press credentials for the Inaugural Ceremony, Parade and Richmond Ball...

National Guard rehearsal for the parade or some other ceremonial portion of tomorrow's Inaugural event.

State Police rehearsing an escort. The fact that Duke of Gloucester is usually closed to traffic makes this a particularly odd sight to see in the middle of the day.

"The Constituents" - An "acoustic band that met each other through work, politics and community activism in Arlington, Virginia". The lead singer (center) is Ingrid Morroy, Arlington County's Commissioner of Revenue. They were definitely the only band tonight lead by an elected official. :)
