Reading It Is Believing It

The Kerry-Edwards Virginia campaign just released Our Plan For America, a 250-page book that details John Kerry and John Edwards' vision to strengthen America at home and restore America's respect in the world.

You can download the book using Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking here.

The book and details about the Kerry campaign Virginia headquarters were released this afternoon at a press conference at the Capitol.

"I can tell you that every Democrat that I have spoken to, both in Boston and back home in Virginia, is energized and focused on ensuring a Kerry-Edwards victory in the fall," said Jennifer McClellan, first vice chair of Democratic Party of Virginia. "John Kerry has a plan for improving the lives of Virginians, we are passionate about it, and now everyone can read it in detail in this book."

Larry Framme, the Virginia Chairman for Kerry-Edwards 2004, announced that the campaign will be officially opening two offices in Virginia next week. The offices will be located in Richmond and Fairfax County and will house both Kerry-Edwards and Democratic National Committee staff, volunteers and phone banks.

"We are serious about winning Virginia and we are investing the resources in this state to ensure our victory," Framme said.

The Richmond office will officially open on Wednesday, August 11, at 7 p.m. with an office opening party for local Democrats and the Fairfax County office will open the following Sunday, August 15, at 2 p.m., also with an office opening party for local Democrats.
